Recipe : Roast Chicken

1 chicken
1 chicken cube
1 bay leaf
Dijon mustard
Butter
1 stalk Leek/Spring onion
250ml water
Pepper (optional)
  1. Slit the skin underneath chicken breast and apply butter and mustard underneath the skin. Smother mustard all over chicken including cavity.
  2. Place leek/spring onion in chicken's cavity (pepper to add now if you wish), place chicken in tray
  3. Dissolve chicken cube in water and pour into the tray
  4. Add the bay leaf to the liquid
  5. Preheat oven to about 180-200, ocassionally bathing the chicken with the liquid to prevent burning on the skin
This is what Pammy said she'd want to prepare when she comes over. I get the ingredients, she'll do the work. Hahaha! Thank you!
